Being the first private school in our country with over 50 years of experience, here at Near East we strive to equip each student entrusted to us from preschool to 12th grade with the best education and to give them a critical perspective. With our innovative education model, in line with the country’s educational system, our technological infrastructure and our strong educational staff, helps to raise a future generation of individuals who question and research the world around them, having high self-confidence, social awareness and are able to highlight their unique personal skills and creativity. We raise each student as individuals who can plan. We encourage our students to learn and use their full potential and become independent and lifelong learners. We care about monitoring both the academic and social development of all our students, taking them to the next level, and equipping them to meet the needs of the rapidly changing age with the skills they acquire.
We offer a qualified education and training environment to our students and teachers with our deep-rooted culture, our belief in science, and the support we receive from our Near East University and Kyrenia University. With our program designed to raise well-rounded generations and develop cultural and social responsibility, we support the participation of our students in sports and artistic activities and attach importance to their acquisition of all kinds of academic knowledge that they can connect to in the real world. In addition to ensuring that our students use learned knowledge correctly, we work to help them become useful individuals for the society they live in by producing new information.
In line with this purpose, as Dr. Suat Günsel Kyrenia Preschool, our goal is to ensure that our students grow up as individuals who are active while learning, ask questions, do not hesitate to express their voice, and can defend their own ideas. The 0-2 and 3-5 age period is a period when learning is most intense, basic habits are acquired, and mental abilities develop and take shape rapidly. When planning our early childhood education, our priority is to develop children’s curiosity, increase their motivation for learning and instill in them the excitement of learning. While we support English language education in every aspect with the bilingual education program implemented in our school, we continue the education of our native language, Turkish, and our basic courses with the same care and sensitivity, without compromising our academic success standards.
